We chose Julie Hess bc she was a sales leader in the area and we were not disappointed. We were at a disadvantage being out of state sellers, but she stepped in and helped with managing vendors, made reasonable, effective recommendations for pre-market improvements, suggested what we thought was a fair list price. Julie always responded in a timely manner to our questions and explained things in a clear, concise manner. Her timing and knowledge leveraging showings and bids was impeccable and we got asking within 2 days of list - our deal was completed around 10:30-11 pm due to show times, contract stipulations etc but she was there for it all.
